'Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood'
Marie Curie
My PhilosophyAlbert Einstein famously said ' no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it'.
Even though I had a level of success in my twenties, I was burned-out, hugely conflicted and stuck in a career not aligned to my values. I had hit an iceberg. I needed new strategies. As I recalibrated, new directions and new possibilities opened up and I followed the trail. As I became 'comfortable in my own skin', I moved passed the icebergs, My coaching programmes will give you a navigation system that avoid the icebergs, keep you on course and get you to where you want to be through building your resilience, confidence and authenticity. |
I work with resilient, trailblazers in leadership roles who are ready for the next challenge. The challenge could be professional or personal, it could be survival or aspirational. Leading by example through crisis and chaos demands creative solutions to complex problems. During this pandemic even the most successful leaders are reflecting and recalibrating their priorities, their purpose and vision; 'Thinking outside the box' is a prerequisite for change.
At the heart of authentic, inclusive leadership is the ability to build trust, inspire others and prevent problems from becoming problems. Unexpected events and radical change test these principles in everyone - when we experience new environments we can discover the worst and the best in ourselves. Carl Rogers famously said 'it wasn't till I accepted myself that I was free to change'.
If you are on a continuous, evolving journey of discovery, I would love to work with you. I believe we are all unique, creative and capable of great things that must be expressed: ‘don’t die with your music still in you’.
